My disc is bent it touches the calipers under normal conditions and when brake is applied it creates a loud sound like we get during hard braking.

Check for the pads wear outs, even I had this once, pad was almost over and the caliper was grinding continously and the metal dust was accumulated and collected the sides of the cyl, not going back once the brake lever was depressed. My mech said at once, disc is bent and has to be replaced, F&*^ , I bought a disc too, when opened this is the case. Luckily he had another disc replacement was there so got the refund from him.
