just checked the CEAT website and found that you have 2 options in vertigo.

      Vertigo rage
      Vertigo sport

and by the looks of it, it seems the vertigo rage is what is being discussed here..correct ??

What is the size of Rage ??

My vote is for Vertigo Rage, the best tire I've used. I used it for my Leh ride. But make sure you get the 100 section. I use the 120 at the cost of the chain guard.
All men dream, but not equally. Those that dream at night in the dusty recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act upon their dreams with open eyes, to make it possible. - T. E. Lawrence

OT- I have a pulsar 2005 180 DTSi with stock tyres of 100/90-R17 Rear and 2.75 R17 Front MRF Zapper...

Iam considering the Ceat vertigo tubeless, in the website(CEAT - Tyre Range - Two Wheelers - Secura Zoom) it says
                Front-Ceat Secura Zoom 2.75-R17
                Rear-Ceat Vertigo Sport 100/90-R17
Iam not sure if both are tubeless, since I need tubeless ones for front and rear and as per the website recommendation it suggested 2 different variants for the front and rear?

@Kirosh- can you throw some light on this since you have already used these for the ZMA?
Hammer the racetrack. Pace yourself on the street.

i use M45 on my zma and though it has a better grip than the stock tyre i feel the turning radius on corners has increased as it is a higher profile tyre plus i wouldn't feel confident using this tyre off road as it soft compound and could get punctured easily. sirac or M45 will raise the rear end of the bike an inch or so. get good stock size tubeless tyres.

Changed to a Michelin Sirac 120-80 on my HH ZMR.

Had to cut a slight portion of chain guard. All is well.

Not much change in power delivery, but handling suffers a bit. Also suspension seems to be a bit hayward. Suspension is a bit hard, would have to re check the suspension settings.

Which model in CEAT VERTIGO - Rage/Sport

                      Hi Kirosh,
I am also planing to get a CEAT VERTIGO for my P200 rear tire. Which model did you use : CEAT VERTIGO Rage or CEAT VERTIGO Sport?

This will be used afresh for the Ladakh trip and there after for mostly highway rides (less city ride). I am expecting sufficient highway and wet performance from my choice.

The Rage model has the 'directional patern' similar to a rib better for highway
The Sport model has 'buttons type block pattern' better for offroad

                      - Will the VERTIGO RAGE perform so bad for the Ladakh trip (fresh tires)
                      - Will the VERTIGO SPORT perform so bad on highway

                      Regards,
                      Stalin

I have used the rage for my leh trip this month and it was an amazing tyre. superb grip in those conditions and very good on tarmac as well. bike feels a lot more stable even with heavy cross winds. would recommend this tyre any day for the leh trip. in 18 inches the rage is not tubeless- at least mine does not state it is tubeless but I used it as a tubeless tyre anyway without any issues. the sport is a tubeless tyre. you can also try the sirac.
