Finally my electrical problems solved with the help of aargee. Thanks man and I was quite busy for last one week and couldnot post the feedback.

The Electrician said it was 12v system but he didnot check anything.

The Culprit were, previous one rectifier is just Bridge one made by manually. after I opened it. there is no regulator used and thats reason excess current flows to headlight since my battery fuse was not working and didnt charge it properly.

Changed the Fuse and put Regulator & Rectifier and the line which goes to Headlight now via Regulator.

I am using the normal Halogen 35/35w just Rs.30 and brightness is good when I check with other bikes. If want more power , I have to white bulbs in Philips or Osram with same 35/35w.

As per aargee suggestion, I asked the electrician for 50/55w upgrade. but the electrician refused.

If any of you can throw some light on what difference is there between the electrical systems of the RX100 and today's motorbikes?

Today's bikes headlights and tailights are really powerful and I would like to see if I can use any of the latest Yamaha bike model's electrical system on my 1994 Yamaha RX100!! Is it possible?

Old bikes were come with 6v system and newer one comes with 12v system. You have to rewind the coil.

Can someone tell me if RX100 12v wiring is same as 6v wiring? I bought a wiring but it has nothing specified about volts. But one thing i am sure of is that the RR unit coupler is same as the 6v wiring
