I hate being a pillion, iff the rider is senseless. -
If I were you , then i would prefer getting the bike back to stock condition , specially the engine related stuff...
And always keep the required tools for safety purposes on any kind of long trip.
Will be very handy.

It might be the IRC tyres u changed...
Your stock tyres are of front 90/100 rear section. While the IRC tyres which you had put are of front 100/130 rear section.
So I would suggest that you ride the bike without getting jetting done till Goa trip.
Also there is one option. you get the bike checked by some Professional mechanic who has knowledge about jetting..Comment
