@Pabi - you need to find out a good upholster who does this job for you.
PS - you may not be able to fit in a seat that looks like Avenger on Pulsar & even if you fit in, it will not give you the same comfort. Reason is simple - Avenger has a low sitting position while Pulsar's have a forward leaning position. Even if the seats cover up the butt, the forward pushing position will not help you.

You need to go through some of the article written on XBHP regarding motorcycle riding positions to get this picture.

goto a seat cover stiching person.. he will fill some extra form in your existing seat.. and stitch a new cover for thinckened seat.. should come around 200-300 bucks..

did same to my bike.. very good for pillion's comfort.. I feel the same..

thicker seat give more cushion to the blows.. and more comfortable..

About increasing seat width, I don't have any idea, but heard, that helps too.. need to search more

              + 1 to aargee.

You may have to rebuild the exhisiting seat with extra cushion at back & above average cushion at front.. please do mind the seat height due to cushion added.. as at time you may find comfortable at seating but may face issue while long drives due to bad riding poisition -upward & riding.. will surely cause back pain after some miles.
