        If it were a manufacturing defect with Bajaj silencers, there would be a lot more people facing this issue. It might be an issue with something else. As even if it were a defect with silencers in general, it should have been solved with the replacement of your silencer. I myself have a Sept 2010 220F DTSi but have no problems what-so-ever.

          even me too had a good ride for 2+ years on my P220 FI...but last years few accidents has changed tht...do you think changing the pipe will do for the issue...does the Bajaj service centre guys change the pipe alone, or should I approach PBK servicing guys? Any idea?
