Bro, you have to keep sending some hard words.. Keep sending the updates to them.. you have to update them daily about the service stations and your problem.. I am sure they will call up the service station..

I actually cant understand the arrogance of the SVC guys....they act as if they dont need us.....i mean, when i went for my 1st service there was less crowd and did everything in front of my eyes....but till 4th service my experience got worst......i was not allowed to stand near my bike to look what they were doing. I actually use to stand near the entrance so that my bike is visible and i can see what they were doing.

I think my local mechanic is better than those service guys.....atleast he fix my bike in front of my eyes and sincerely tells me what actually the problem is. Not like the SVC guys who will fool you around.

^ Not meaning to defend anybody, but most A.S.Cs do not allow customers into work area. Atleast they are not supposed to officially. I think its because if any mishap occurs to the customer then they become liable.

Nitin - Strongly agree & this is true. Forget the mishaps, if a customer is expert in shop lifting & steals one of the special tool, who's to be blamed?

^^^ guess what? same thing happened in Pearl Yamaha. They were liberal with customers watching their bikes being services. They still are. But, a few bits of some very good quality imported took kit they got for the R1 capsule are missing. Now whom to blame?

I don't mean to say that customers would have lifted them. But then, whom to blame?

Good that they got the surveillance cameras installed (mostly not just because of that incident)

Yeah most of the SVC's dont allow.
but some SVC's like PSN YAMAHA @ Cochin, they have a huge glassed window in the waiting area so tht you can watch you vehicle frm there.

But whenever its isn't crowded and when they have not dont a proper job with my bike,i stay next to them to make sure they do the job!
