@ steelbreeze
The headlight projector with angel eyes which these guys provide for say 1800 to 3600 bucks is very very sub standard.
DO NOT even think about purchasing it.
If you need a projector, buy a genuine projector of a high end car from junk and install a bulb in it.
But to be honest, a projector specially with angel eye will never suit a bull's personality.
You can do something like this.
here, you can install 2 projectors on the sides with hid (ofcource after sourcing another hid kit) and retrofit them in projectors.
Keeping your existing headlamp as it is with an H4 halogen bulb.
Would look better and feel better too.
Otherwise,
Can source small 3 inch autopal sealbeams and install them in this manner.
But again, here you can use H4 hid bulb already, so you'll have to just source another.
If currently you don't wish to spend more, you can do what a good friend of mine (Vishal has done)

Hence, it will be use it only when you need it to avoid people swearing funda...
So, i suggest do not cut the reflector and install an HID in that, use the hid maybe projectors too on the crash guard, will look much much better.Giving a lot to a fiero.
Expecting a lot from a fiero.

This is the exact picture which the mxsmotosport guys have mailed me. They said it would cost me around Rs4500 with the HID projector minus the ballast and Rs5k for the complete set(that is including the headlight).Originally posted by sajjt View Post
I guess the assembly in the video won't suit my bike as it has black on the reflector and the color of my bike is burgundy/maroon.Quantity is something that you count
Quality is something that you count on

This same projector with ballast and bulb and angel eye is available for 3500~3800 bucks across many shops in mumbai.
I can let you know where to buy from if you need it...
I've opened up this projector and have seen everything personally.
Let me warn you, its very very bad in quality as well as output, in a day or two the inner surface turns white from chrome.
The output is not better than standard halogen too.
If you are going for projector, go for good quality ones like sajjt is using or from junk to save cost...Giving a lot to a fiero.

Hi All Bike Gurus, I have an Apache 150 fitted with 35W HID and it draining battery (Sonic Rodheo 9Ah). I have brought a Bajaj UG4 RR. I want to connect UG4 RR to charge the battery instead of the stock one. If that is not possible, then I am ready to remove the HID and go for Philips 55/60 Halo. Pls pls pls guide me with this one. If not HID - the 55/60 halo is more than enough for me. HELP NEEDED!!!!!

Open the Lighting Coil which is behind the LH cover and post a picture of it here so that members can tell you the wire which you need to un-ground.Originally posted by shinilk View PostHi All Bike Gurus, I have an Apache 150 fitted with 35W HID and it draining battery (Sonic Rodheo 9Ah). did you yourself installed it???Originally posted by Crazy_rider View Posthello help me out im having set of dual HID with dual Ballast & with wires once i installed it in my Bike(yamaha fazer) with the setup of 02 halogen in high beam and 2 HID in low beam when it installed it was working but after 20 mins it get started flickering so i switched it off and i noticed that my horn also not giving proper sound in my bike im using stock battery 12v 5AH let give me suggestion what to do. if no then the mechanic that have installed it never get to him again...
because when you install the hid as the normal halogen bulb then your bike's batery does not support it in running mode...due to lack of current it fluctuates...
in order to remove this problem you need to make out a direct connection with the batery (positive terminal) to the beam which has HID...
remember to put an switch in between it else your HID would keep on goin as you switch on your bike...
Hope this helped you...

I heard the bixenon projectors are not of good quality & become whiteish internally with use resulting in bad spread of light .
While single beam projectors from skoda , mercedes etc are very good .
So my question is , Is it possible to fit that moving plate & other things ( which make projector to work as bixenon , whatever it is called ) from bixenon projectors to the skoda , mercedes projector & make them bixenon ?
Any one tried it ?
