PS - I've ripped (read it T.W.O) with a pillion on RX including a backpack of about 10Kg from Thoppur to Krishnagiri & RX didn't even sneeze. Like Psycho says, it all depends on the carb tuning.

The intake as well as the exhaust has to be perfectly tuned. And yes the carb tuning + good set of spark plug (preferably iridiums from NGK).

Lastly, it really does depend on which bike it is, i mean common guys a KB can never be compared to an RX. Can you ? Yes, KB was a good bike, but its like comparing a TATA Safari with Mitsubishi Pajero or a Honda CRV in SUV class !!!!

No offence here, but just expressing my views here.
