Electricals cannot be checked by assumptions! You have tobe practical. Anyway, inform us if the problem is solved.

Again you are going the wrong way! Donot make any type of assumptions. The relay might click sometimes while sometimes it does'nt. Please go to a electrician to get a thorough check-up.

Dude, its a Premium segment bike with much more complicated electricals than a normal commuter bike and its all DC.

If you/Your local Mechanic is not 100% confident, then don't mess with it. you may regret it later.

It is always better to fix an appointment with the service center and invest one day in going to 80 KMS, rather than trying trial and error method for 10-15 days.

moreover if you tell your problem to service center they will pick your bike from your home repair it and deliver it at your home. i know probiking service centers have this facility for P220 owners ofcourse at some cost. once a friend of mine was stuck in lonavala with his 220 starter not working. Probiking guys from pune came to lonavala to pick up repair and deliver it at home.

its just a word of advise.....go to service center or talk to them once.

i still dont no about d relay dat its working or not
but it was all wiring issue bcoz of rain water the orange wire of d fuel pump relay had gone
now i have got a piece of wire n made it direct so the fuse under d seat is blowing sumtimes wen i start d bike even solved out dat issue by adding sum wires n making alternative fuse
now d bike is giving a good performance

just wanted to ask whether dis will blow d fuel pump or its fine if i kept it direct
wen i start d ignition d fuel pump motor sum time works for a long ??

No 'STRICTLY'. Please revert back to the original configuration as soon as possible.

The fuse blows because there is something wrong and the fuse blows to save the circuit from damage due to the short circuit. When u add a wire in place of the fuse the circuit will definitely get damaged.
