Absolutely! The following few landscape photographs were clicked using the very "downgraded" (people DO look at the 18-55mm that way) Canon EF-S 18-55mm f3.5-f5.6 kit lens:Originally posted by BANDHAV View PostTill then bolo baba 18-55 ki jai

The following are some macro photographs
V for victory - the tip of a grass.

These two macros were the very first macro photographs I shot when I got my Canon EF 100mm macro lens; hence, these would always remain close to my heart.

This last landscape shot that I am posting was clicked using a Sony DSC T-100 P&S camera.

Thanks Bandhav.Originally posted by BANDHAV View Post2nd and 4th Landscape pics are just wow.
What is that spot in the middle of lower part of 4th pic?
Yes, I have noticed that "spot" too. The room in which I was staying was warm because of a heater installed in it, while the external temperature was somewhere around the -1, -2 degrees celsius.
When the camera was taken out, it formed a soft due like droplets on the UV filter. Although, I wiped it off, but a few photographs were left with this kind of a "spot", unfortunately.
P.S: Another reason to get a UV filter installed over the actual, precious lens glass!

@Aryan: Okay, so it means i havnt made a mistake by investing 250 Rs of my hard earned cash into a UV filter.
Lets add some glamour to the thread.
Note:I am not looking forward to any critique whatsoever, so look at it, enjoy it and wait for some other pic for penning down your critique.
