A very mediocre shot IMO. Improper lighting - look at the shadows under the eyes and the neck. Subject seems a bit bored. The dress is washed out. Grainy. The white thing at lower left corner is distracting. In short, nothing interesting in the shot to salvage the pic. @LP: I mean that your sony camera seems like an ultra zoom one, something like with 10+ optical zoom.
