    • @Jonak: I liked the mood of the shot titled 'drinking life and counting days'.

@furioussphinx: There is way too much vignetting around the corners, for me, personally. I am guessing that was an intentional effect, done in Photoshop or Lightroom or some other software. Also, the idea of the shot is good, but I find the execution to be a little bland!

My eyes keep searching for some 'interest' in this shot, and eventually (after a few seconds), it wanders off of the image, without getting any sort of resting point!

        • A few photographs from my side. Just visited India Gate a few days back, for a small photo-walk.

Vibrancy Personified - India Gate, captured real early in the morning

Hues - The evening sun going down the horizon

Ying and Yang - the good and bad side of it!

Standing still - a car (left) stands still while the traffic flies by!

In the fast lane - traffic moves by the India Gate

          In Peace - a reflection of a lit lamp-post

Cool Me Down - an Ice cream vendor, as seen here, with India Gate visible in the background
          :)

          • @Aryan: Why is the lamp-post shot looking so blur. Is it a cropped version..?? Or is the effect of zoom-in with a handheld cam..??

@Inder: Yes, like Sunny said a little patch of water was reflecting the lamp-post. I just flipped the photograph before uploading it onto the web-space! And yes, the water WAS very still.

                    @LoneWolf: Thanks.

                        Thanks!

I was thinking of trying some street photography but the public seems to mind it a lot :P

I am uncomfortable with the WB of the last photograph!
The Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!

Yes, there is something not right with the WB of that photograph. While composing the shot, the WB was set on Auto, and later on during processing it, I tried various settings, but decided to leave it on 'As shot', because other WB options were looking way out of league.

May be because I metered the shot off of that green cart of the ice-cream vendor, it turned out this way. The green color of the cart confused the light meter BIG time!
