The best part is it stays invisible even under my tight jeans. Now I can grip the tanks effectively, which can't be done with normal knee pads. Thank you so much buddy!

      Hey Shakti,

Nice DIY. It worked for me perfectly. The the riding jeans which I wear could not position the guards properly. So instead I was using knee guards. Issue is that I have riding boots which has shin guard, so wearing knee guards with boots is pretty uncomfortable for long rides.
I use a small cloth under the armors to add more comfort as the armors are not in direct contact with skin.
      Regards,
      Abhijit

Found this picture that describes the proper way to place the knee armor. I was using the wrong method all of the time, but not any more. Thought this might help, hence shared.

i just love this #DIY but i have one concern, since this has to be worn inside pants, a fall will most likely ruin the outerwear, how to modify this to make it wear over the pants.

can we use velcro/hooks or something similar to tie it to knee? i noticed lot of holes in knee guard, can these be used as anchor or something.
