Just got back from Kasturiba Road KTM SVC. By the time I reached the place, the peculier sound was not present. It starts 5-10mins after the bike is started and vanishes after 30mins of ride. It is present intermittently. But by looking at the video, the SVC confirmed that it is the tensioner issue. However, the part was not in Stock with 3 SVC that I checked.

I second what you have mentioned regarding oil's lubricating property reducing with coolent mixed. As I am now riding to office rather early in the day, the coolant draining is kind of reduced which makes me think summer being the reason for coolant drain as well? Will update once I get my hands on the part and hope this issue ends there.
Don't bother about the exhaust for now. If you'll re-visit my post, I've mentioned the same point wherein, summer can in fact gobble up coolant given the right circumstances. Secondly, get the CCT replaced and observe for a few days, my guess is that that knackering type of sound shouldn't come back. If it comes back again, we "can" probably have a crank bearing issue. I am pretty much sure this isn't anyway related to an exhaust malfunction.

    Keep your observations posted.

    Cheers!

Secondly, a loose weld or a cracked mid pipe inside the muffler can in fact create a jingling sound inside the exhaust, but this would be almost instantaneous even before the engine is warmed up and clearly visible when revved hard.

How well is your coolant vanishing issue right now? Is it contained, yet. Start off with the CCT and then move to exhaust.

The other thing that comes to my mind is, water mixing with coolant mildly can in fact nullify oil's lubricating properties and hence can induce a seizure, even though the oil level looks good.

I'd strongly recommend you to have a look at your CCT and then get back with your observations.

I had already purchased the Ceat Zoom Rad X1 150/60 tires a month ago after reading favourable reviews about it but didn't get the time to install them. Fortunately, today I could get out of office and install them on my bike. They are much more heavier than the Michelin's and seem to be thicker as well. Initial ride impressions are gud. Tires have gud grip. Rest can't comment much as it needs time to settle down and show it's full potential. Anyways, here are some pics.
The new kid (although not known much) on the block is the CEAT ZOOM Rad. CEATs by default are comparatively heavier than both Metz and Mich. Take it easy till they get a good run in period.

But the sound was not always on and it was not from the engine block area. I took it to service center today and they told the muffler inside my exhaust is kaput and I need to replace them. They quoted 9K for it. Can anyone please confirm from the below video that it is indeed a broken exhaust?
SVC guy also mentioned that the bike can be ridden and this is not an issue. So I didn't fix it as the cost was too high.

    finally...
ABS still working without any issue...
for front the adapter is interchangeable, i can use from P4/32 Brembo's caliper, M4, even the M50 caliper... fits perfectly combined with 320 mm brake rotors, both Galfer and Chinesium...

While Akrapovic is great, it's very expensive. Instead of replacing the stock one for 9K, I'm thinking of getting Greasehouse which costs around 12K. Is there anything that can be done with the current one? I read somewhere that it can be opened and welded back after removing the broken muffler.

    EIDT:
Came across this video on YouTube. https://youtu.be/wlgCQWsKFL4 The sound coming from my bike is very similar. It's probably best to replace the cam tensioner before going for the exhaust replacement. Will try to get that replaced and keep the thread updated.

The sound seems like it's coming form exhaust manifold as well. Any I have to replace the exhaust, I'm planning to install Greasehouse Grunt V3 exhaust tomorrow. Hope the sound disappears after the new exhaust is in.

Sorry for posting in the 390 thread but I thought there would be more experienced riders here

My Engine Light gives 2 long blinks and 3 short blinks when idling

Upon turning ON and using the bike, it stays ON all the time

It's a new bike, not even done 1st service

Had got the bike washed an hour before the issue started

Service Center states there is water in the relay sensor but it has been 3 days and it still has the same issue

Showroom guy says that all will be sorted upon 1st service

I don't know what is the issue, can't find any user manuals with the details of all these error codes

What shall I do, shall I continue riding the bike or take it to service center for fixing ?

There is no issue in running the bike, it is running flawlessly

You have a flash code stored in your ECM memory. Now, the issue might have popped up and rectified itself. But, since it recorded an error, the error might be popping up on your screen. These errors can be removed by using the Diagnostic Tool from your SVC, and 5 min job. To your problem of the error code, the light flashing, two long and three short indicates we have a

2x LONG and 3x SHORT INDICATES
TRAVEL SPEED SENSOR - MEASUREMENT RANGE OR POWER PROBLEM.

Check your wheel speed sensor, and check if your display is showing right speed values. I'd suggest you get the error code removed from SVC, and it should solve your problem.

P.S. I see, you posted your query in almost all the Duke forums. I have commented here and the 125 thread.

    Cheers!

It's advisable to take it to the service centre as the sensors play a very vital role in modern bikes like Duke. If engine light is lit, it surely calls for immediate attention by service team.

    3. Always check engine oil and coolant levels on a monthly basis.
    4. Wash your bike on a monthly or couple of weeks basis. Don't wash it too often as it can lead to rusting of parts.
    5. Try to add fuel additives on a regular basis like System G, etc. You can even use the ones available at petrol pumps. And engine cleaners every 10,000 km.
    6. And finally lube your chain every 1000 km. People say it's 500km. But, it's not needed that often.

Follow these steps and you should be good to go![emoji4]
These are all bonus points bro. Thanks [emoji106]
