Awesome bike with not so awesome designed elements or colors. Price expected to be 6-8k more over already overpriced machine. Where is R&D and Marketing team of Mahindra ?

Be very careful when you buy old stocked bikes from showroom.

They tend to have many technical issues due to no maintenance and most of the time damaged due to carelessness or negligence.

When I bought my Impulse 2012 model in 2014 from showroom, luckily I never had any major issue except valve tappet noise.
But yea for higher displacement bikes, you must check thoroughly and also read the owner manual carefully regarding what covers under warranty and parts availability.

As per rule company should continue to manufacture spares for next 10 years even if they discontinued the model. Which in my case it didn't happen. Hero stopped manufacturing Impulse in 2012 and spares are out of stock in 2015 itself.
Retailers/wholesalers started selling them in black market at 2x or 3x price depends on part importance.

So yes these things we cannot just ignore.

If it's not look like old XT version, I don't want it. [emoji23]
Old XT has a unique characteristics.
People love it. Most people bought thier mojo for that masculine, twin grunty exhaust note and ruggedness.

New is just like the Lite version of beast.
Which I personally will never prefer.

I would suggest using the recommended engine oil as per company guidelines. Also you can use Motul 10W50 Its around 800Rs per litre .

The dilemea is, i want to do second flush after ridding it for 200 to 300 kilometers approx but don't want to use 10w50 (Full Synthetic Oil) as it will cost more and for just 200 to 300 kilometers using 10w50 fully synthetic oil does't make sense. So anybody can please guide through as which engine oil should i go for short run? please suggest the brand name and grade. Thank you!!

Planning to change the engine oil to Amsoil 10w40. Heard good feedbacks about it.
    Anyone used it in mojo?

Onroad without accessories came to 2.516 lakhs. I did opt for the extended warranty though.

Test rode the Mojo 300 ABS today at NAFS Motors here in Bangalore. Was thoroughly impressed by the brakes on the bike and also the slightly raised handle bar gives a comfortable and commanding posture to the rider. I was told that only a few bikes (BS4) were left in stock. And my 2007 HH CBZ Xtream has almost done its duty (94K odo reading). So I paid the basic booking amount. Hopefully i can get the balance paid up soon and take home the brand new MOJO. Fingers crossed!
What's the final on road price you settled with, for the bs4 model?

Next few months will be definitely low as no news of BS6 Mojo and this Corona lockdown also pushed it further.

Unless they introduce the BS6 model immediately after the current lock down, these numbers will go to a big O
