Well 1st of all the sitting posture is a little aggressive, head light is better then the bs6 version. top speed is down 5-8km/hr. mileage increased . tappet noise is still there.

in my opinion price hike is not justified but its still the cheapest 250cc

Brush guards are a possibility, engine cowl may not be so, it may be needed to weld support for fasteners to hold the cowl on to the frame.
u can use the engine cowl ,but you'll need Down tube comp 2 ,part numberB9xi 11500000HSN

issues like rusty exhaust pipe and lack of abs are fixed in 2019 make. I ride a 2019 edition and these are the major differences that I observed between the two

Agree . This one looks like locally fabricated at some road side shop. The one which comes for fz15 is far better and sturdy looking than this iteration.
The leg guard looks genuine. But the rubber cushionings appear missing.

Maybe that particular area has less demand for this bike (more posers). still you can go for it. consumables are same as r15v3. in fact alot of parts are shared with fz/r15vr3s. service interval is also higher at 5k kms, so lighter on pocket in that regard.

But to my disbelief even they didn't have fz25 for even display (thought they had some r15s,mt15s etc) and on enquiring they replied "there is no drmand for the bike"

Now i am utterly confused for i thought its almost perfect bike for me but now i am not sure if i would even be able to maintain fz 25 without it being sold around here in any significant number.can fz v3 parts be used in fz 25 ???
    Should i buy it ???

    Hey,
I've been planning on upgrading my front brake pads for a while now. Does anybody know if the front brake pads used on a 300mm disc (duke 250) will fit for the 282mm disc present on the fz25 ?
Other than this, does anybody have any suggestions to improve the front braking performance of the bike ? I considered sintered pads, but they are very expensive ( almost 3k for EBC)

5000km or 6 months whichever is earlier is the change interval. The user manual has a more detailed schedule what needs to be done when. Nice to familiarise with it.

Guys today i got done my second service. Since i only completed 2000km+ the service centre guy said that the engine oil not necessary to be changed. The 3rd service is at 10000 km or 360days. Should i wait untill 10k kms or should i change the oil in before that??
