Few friends upgraded to Pirelli Angel GT and few have got the Michelin PR4, both are very good tyres, common talk is Michelin has better wet grip lesser life than GT. GT also has good wet grip but not the best, tyre life is good.

When it comes to budget Angel GT is the preference for many fellow riders.

I am using the Pirelli Angel GT for the last 10-11K KMs and have been pretty happy with them. They still have quite some life left.

In my opinion, PR4 if you ride a lot in wet or Tour a lot. Else Pirelli Angel GT of Metzeller M7 for the most dry road grip.

          3rd Service UPDATE :

Did service in 6162 kms, please find the service details attached. So far have no complaints, just informed the service mechanic that radiator fan kicks in more often, he has checked the assembly & sensors and updated everything is working fine.

Came to know few details while discussing with him(
service mechanic), I asked him to flush the coolant and fill new one instead of doing top-up, he informed that it is not required to do so and honda advices to do a flush only after 15000kms.

Stopped using Motul chain lube, as its more tough to clean and spills everywhere, especially on the backside of number plate. The chain lube service guys used looked transparent like a gel and was very effective, planning to change to it or Maxima chainGuard.

I think there is no cost per hour for honda. This amount is par with my cbr 250s service cost

                Hi There,

Labour cost in honda is not hourly basis, its just based on the job i think. It will be similar to CBR250r, comparatively just the parts amount varies .

                Have a good day

4k for general service for a mid segment bike is amazing. Heard the chain sprocket is also cheap comparatively at 5-7k range .

                      Hello team.

There were two threads created by the respective owners of the 650F. For ease of documentation and readability, have merged the two threads into one, so it's easy for readers to get all the relevant information in one concise thread.

                      Thank you.

                      Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
                      The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

                      THE END

I posted my test ride impression here: https://www.xbhp.com/talkies/news/41...ml#post1378524

Nice bike except for the engine which ruined the experience for me. Depends on the rider and the type of riding ofcourse. If a (comfortable) sport bike is what you are looking for then make sure you take a test ride before applying for a loan. The servicing costs maybe less and the quality of service may be good, but it is still a costly proposition especially considering the performance on offer.

I ride a 650f, from fellow riders i heard 650r is much sportier than F. Below is my thought on how the 650f is, hope this helps as a review to you.

If you are fan of KTM and like the punchy torque kicking in at the lower RPM, this might not be the bike for you. Power delivery is linear till 5k RPM(crossing that is fun) compared to other sport bikes, but its way faster than a ninja 650 and is more sportier than that for track riding . CBR650F is a bike inbetween the ninja650 and the Triumph Street triple, thats why they market this bike as a Sport Tourer.

Touring in 140kmph in a CBR650f is not tiresome when compared to a street naked sports bike. Its all preferences and common sense involved to choose the bike that you need for your purpose, every engine has its own characteristics and purpose.

Comparing this bike with a 110 hp or 120 hp bike is completely baseless and they are not in the same powerband. It is possible for honda to give the same bike as a 100+hp bike but its hard to tour with that.

For our indian roads this power gives you more than what you need, if its not enough for one's alter ego then there is always someone who has something superior than what you have.
