Next up on the list are backrest, saddle stay, led headlamps (aux lights?) and a switch to turn off headlights. Any suggestions for some good lighting solutions?
For lights Maddog, for saddle stay, back rest I would suggest

Zana, Lluvia, AdvTribe, Inscape Dreamz (Facebook Page and Insta page only)

Please Google the respective names and you will be given the respective websites.

    You can thank me later.

    Good luck.

    Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
    The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

    • Hello all,
writing here after a long long time.
after a crazy break from biking for no good reason, trying to get back to it. Issue is, I sold my TB 350 recently as she was dying of me not riding her for months together. So now looking forward to an upgrade with interceptor 650.
my query is, has anyone confirm news about alloy wheels being offered by RE anytime soon? Also, anyone performed any mods to reduce weight of the bike?
      thanks in advance..
      Godspeed!

      • Hello brothers,

I booked the Interceptor 650 - Black Ray color and now it is available with Alloy wheels-Tubeless tyres and Matt Black Engine-Exhaust color scheme. Hope no more rusting issues. Delivery is promised within a month. Fingers crossed. Does anyone has idea, how soon may I expect the delivery? What is must have accessories from RE I should purchase? Is there any to get aftermarket? I think engine guard, sump guard and short tinted fly screen are basic necessity. I already have Fego Air seat from Amazon and been using it since 2 years. Do I still need touring seat by RE? Need pillion foot rest extender. Searched on Amazon and found some. Can anyone suggest a good one?

My main use will be occasional City rides and weekend highway/long rides. Started reading this thread since page 1 and will finish it within a week. Sorry if above asked queries are already discussed. Hope to join RE Community soon.

        • Hi guys,

I own a 2021 interceptor and have covered about 18,000 km on it till date. Absolutely love the bike, but the itch to customize it is now strong. I have recently added the AEW T-103 exhausts to the bike and the difference in ride quality is startling. I want to reduce the weight of the bike further and I'm thinking of either adding alloys or switching to 17" rims.

          1) How are the current OEM 18" alloys offered on some variants of the interceptor? Are they lighter?
          2) How easy is it to switch to 17" rims / allows? Are there any motorcycles that offer a straight swap?

          TIA

Posting here after a very long time. Have you changed to alloys? if so how does it feel?

            • Hello guys

Got my Interceptor 650 delivered 5 months back, 2nd free service is due next month. Did only 2100 kms on Odo till date. Bike is amazing in power and engine is smooth. Installed RE Accessories like short visor and Crash Guard from the showroom itself.

Recently I am facing issue with steering vibration, maybe due to something loose at T Stem or Cone Set or Shock absorbers. Handlebar is vibrating only at rough road surface and it feels like every rough road movement is being transferred to my palms. Even I can feel rumble strips jerks at handlebar. And this happened after my ride to Triambakeshwar Jyotirlinga Temple last week in which we faced many bumps and rumble strips as well as bad roads. I went to RE Service center to get it check and tightening the loose part but RE guys told me that vibration is normal and nothing needs to be fixed and no need to worry. But I know the feeling of handlebar with zero vibration of brand new bike and now feeling vibration of loose part causing bad experience in enjoying my ride. Due to vibration, accelerator cable holding nut and small metal plate got loose at handlebar switch case. Which I noticed at home and immediately got it corrected using toolkit provided with bike.

Tried to check issue by myself but couldn't figure out. As the front end is heavy and I am unable to locate the issue. Heard about many wobbling issues of previous GTs/Interceptors but mine is still at 2k kms with CEAT tyres and alloys. If anyone has the solution or suggestions please help.

              Thanks in advance.
