I am from athirampuzha.
The normal can's cost rs 175.Nippon cans cost more,250 approx, not much idea about quantity.Used 2 cans of black,1 silver,1 clear coat here."Vibes transmitted from crank shaft to frame, then through the bearings of the head stock and into the stem where it meets the triple clamp and into the clip-ons where it is greeted with great pleasure by my hands"-ratfighter mod rtr

Re: Bajaj Caliber
Well I am a proud owner of Caliber Croma my love turns 12 this year and has all rough use and abuse it can.Now presently my baby is down and wont start checked with SC guys and was told that the bore, piston and clutch have gone and need to replaced and was quoted a sum of around 8-10k.Since this baby is 12 years old and a failure models spares would be issue and wondering if it would be worthwhile spending so much on her as she would fetch only 5-7k max in the market if I sold her now what do you proud Caliber owners suggest

Re: Bajaj Caliber
I too am a proud owner of a Caliber 'Croma' with almost a lakh kilometers on the odo and she's still going strong. There have been a few electrical niggles lately and the mechanics in my area are downright lazy to work on my machine. Furthermore, I do not have the time to rip out the old wiring loom and install a new one myself. So I ride her once a week to keep her ticking and have retired her from the daily grind. I had even made the mistake of putting her up for sale but changed my mind after a few days. Yeah, I love my Caliber as she is my first motorcycle.

cheers buddy....
Hi, The caliber that I own has seen generation change. My dad bought it in year 2000 and quite literally covered whole of Mumbai on it. It was handed to me last year as my dad switched to cars due to his age. From that day onwards it has given me few hiccups but more than that it has given me so many moments to smile. Off lately, I am facing this one issue. The front tyre is Mrf Nylongrip which was replaced about 6 months back. I have noticed that sometimes it goes too soft while riding. So if I am moving in slow traffic or taking slow speed corners, I can feel as if there is no air in the tyre which doesn't aid handling in traffic. Have checked with mechanics for tyre puncture but he said there is no problem. So I want to know whether its a problem with tyre or the tube or its suppose to be like that.
