Its not compulsory to repeat the Levels.Originally posted by aargee View PostSo are you saying, it costs 10K + 10K for both the days? I hope its not compulsory to attend Level1 & 2 on both the days right?
can I still expect to improve my motorcycle riding skills?
(Level 1 + Level 2) is one package and together will cost 10k
If you choose to repeat this package on 27th and 28th then you pay another 10k
Now if you choose to do Level 3 and 4 (both on the same day on 29th) then you pay another 5k
So if you do all of them levels you rake a bill of
10K(1+2) + 10K(1+2) + 5K(3+4) = 25K
Should you expect to improve your riding skills ? Absolutely yes...even if you are a tourer and not necessarily a sports rider the coaches are gonna change the whole definition of riding for you. In fact the more noob one is the better its is for you as you dont have dirty habits to unlearn and to get rid of before you start doing the right things. Nothing better than starting on a clean slate.
You need a one piece leather suit or a 2 piece one. CSS will check if your gear is good and will check for wear and tear on the boots etc. You can only continue with them if they approve your gear on day one. They dont approve any textile gear on the track.Originally posted by senthildsk View Post@ TenHut
What i do have is
1). AGV K-3 Helmet (Pass)
2). Alpinestars T-Breeze Textile riding jacket (Fail)
3). Alpinestars SP-X short gloves (Fail)
4). Alpinestars Web-Gore Tex boots (Pass)
5). Cramster knee pads..
( Fail)
I'll be buying Textile riding pants soon.( Textile riding pants = Fail)
Will they allow me to enroll?
Is it happening in Chennai MMST track?
Yes, the event is happening at MMST again. I dont think there is any other place it can possibly happen
Maybe Noida next year
that would be sweet
Website would be up by Thursday..i.e. tomorrowOriginally posted by bluevolt View PostHow does one register for this? Is there a website?
I think you can rent an RTR160 there. I am not sure about R15..CSS doesnt rent you any bikes...but the track authorities do...i will confirm this soon.Originally posted by tallkien View PostDid someone say "rent a bike"? Is this really an option?
Man I sure am interested...
Stay put for more details on the upcoming website.Originally posted by JAKRAP View Post@Tenhut...Would be interested in a level1 and Level2 ..

Thats right.Originally posted by darkknight View PostTH:will it work out to 15 k in fees if level 1&2 are done once & 3&4 once.
That would be the right thing to do. But since doing Level 3 and 4 is costing a mere sum of Rs 5k extra only, I would go ahead and take them too at that price.Originally posted by darkknight View PostAlso i think tht it is better to do level 1&2 --practice again & than go for level 3&4 next year,
would appreaciate your views on this
I feel doing level 1 and level 2 twice is the most ideal thing to do. The ones which will bring about a considerable change into your riding are the first two levels. Level 3 and 4 can be skipped if you are falling short of days/holidays...but shouldnt be skipped otherwise as its hardly any extra money over the basic levels.sigpic
