^ Take the road adjacent to Reliance mart in Bannerghatta road. 3-4 kms straight and you will reach Mantri residency and Big Bazaar. The place is right opposite to Big Bazaar.

      Hi guys,

I bought the Thunder Tiger Tomahawk ST recently. It is a 10th scale stadium truck meant for racing. At the moment the engine is under the run-in process. Looking forward to sweep some prizes with this.

      Cheers!!

There was an RC race today, which I attended after a long break. It is quite interesting and obvious how the nature of the event turned out to be. 'Money minded', yes, Rs 200 per entry and what do you get, marshalls who dont have a roto starter and a glow plug handy in case of an engine kill. Forget carrying equipments, if your car topples(which it does always) then it implies you are done for the race. I lost lead twice in two different races and all thanks to the lazy marshalls. End of the day, for guys who had a clear start and finish, the results are ambigious as there is no dedicated person to keep tab on laps let alone timings. Results are negotiated. Every Tom Dick and Harry wants to show off their prized possession and cause havoc on the track. It is people like these who let down the sport and takes a very different route of a minting money. I have helped numerous ppl tune and get their engine up and running with no intentions of making financial benefits. And this being the 10th of 12th race, there are no signs of learning from mistakes. Heck, there is not enough space to even set up your RC and tools. I for one had a lot of hopes on this but had to return back with mixed feelings. I wouldnt want to waste my time next time around if this continues. For a sport which is in developing stages in our country setting a bad example doesnt help!!

The price tag is above 10K AFAIK, those things run on real engines but smaller versions...

I have seen RC's which cost upto 45K

Two places you can try, Model Art in Forum and Pit Stop for Tornado.
                  The prices have gone down.

Are you talking about nitro RC or electric RCs?
