The bottomline is,many people in India have money to spend
If people in India buy pen worth crores then why not bikes?
and about the pricing!Honda are charging 25L cause they can,regardless of the bike.
but the main thing which worries me the most is that SBK's are still outta reach of people who belong to middle/upper-middle class.who can afford bikes upto 7-8L.
Poor people are always ignored by the govt.
Its nothing new!Speak Less,Speak Wise!

guys i think the indian govt is to be blamed for the huge price of the bike
we dont pay this much for it in the "US" its all cus the govt make's 160%-110% tax+dutie+etc......on the bike
well its appcble to all superbike
a new r1/cbr1000rr/zx10r will cost not more than 600000rs(on road) in "US" but in india its 1450000rs(on road).

well according to my calculations 1 honda VFR = 2 scorpios= 1 endeavour =.......... so on.
Well this car is totally out of reach of a middle class people. Unless a person is uber crazy about this bike he would not buy this bike (my personal opinion no offense). The price of this bike can fetch a lot of cars including hatchbacks to sedans to SUVs etc etc. So in a country which wants VFM, mileage & power i doubt any sales of this bike.NOT BEEN THERE NOT DONE THATComment
