its a typical marketing strategy where a company initially promotes its product with the name of the company on it. So to build the credibility for the new launch.
and then when the product becomes a brand in itself, then company removes its own name from the promotional strategy. Likewise pulsars don't have "bajaj" written on them except the logo.

seen the ad just now, the bike is presented well in the ad and it renders it a very cool appeal with sporty orange,
but i think the brand-guidelines are not followed and a few errors in editing.

Landing nose first, is that the right way to do it?
I hope its not a commercial, the eariler pulsar ads created a sension, this one is kinda gay in front of those. All the pulsar ads have been brilliant and this has huge shoes to fill.
My personal all time favourite 'Indian' as is the original P220 launch ad, with the "Aage" theme. Gives me goosebumps even now! That has to be THE best advertisement ever, carries the old nostalgic theme and showcasing how its new and now distinctly ahead! I wish I could get a longer version of that sound clip!!

Pulsar mania was undoubtedly the first ad that kinda showcased Pulsar without\or with little of the Bajaj lineage, and was THE begining of the announcement of the Brand Pulsar on the world stage!

Completely agree with you Satyen. This original 220 ad still gives me goosebumps. This ad had absolutely sealed the deal with me and i went ahead and bought my pulsar after that. I still feel that Bajaj should use this "Aage" theme in their forthcoming ads too. Feels aggressive,retro and motivating. For me the bestest Pulsar ads were-
1. The ad where the arrival of DTSI Pulsar was announced...shot on a bridge
YouTube - The Bajaj Pulsar DTS-i ad (Uncut version)
2. The "Aage Nikal Rahein Hain" theme ad.
Both were futuristic and FANTASTICO--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Overall i dint like this AD at all.,the AD looks like a work of an amateur?...something looks incomplete and that's a surprise coz BAJAJ commercials are usually kick-ass!
and the Riders posture also looks a bit weird and funny.
other notes....the fairing "collapsing" OMG,will that the case be with all the bikes?
and wonder why they are promoting a Sports-Tourer on a track! that too without removing the center stand and saree guard!
and that scene where the fog/smoke is passing over the rider......RC8 commercial,anyone?

this cannot be Bajaj ad..... someone might have tried his riding & video editing skills..... but cannot be an ad, though a good try..... its not showing the full bike or the full character of the bike.....
