Anyways i guess their Pulsarmania ad has set the bar too high and they themselves are stuggling to top it.....

The general public will definitely call it a sportsbike. How can they know the difference between a sport tourer and a supersport.
The general public does not buy bike magazines and they don't participate on online forums.

This is actually what happens to large unsupported low density objects when they are subjected to force. I bet almost all other bikes sporting that type of half fairing would show such shudder when observed under a highspeed camera!

By they way same phenomenon (fat being one of the most low density among body) explains the baywatch video!

Folks the Aage theme was for "Bajaj Pulsar", I doubt they would use it for ONLY Pulsar!

But having said that What happened to the Jorian Ponomareff P220 shoot? Wasnt he toying with the Orange P220

this add is not even near to the pulsars theme.
The add is made to show the abilities of a bike not its material toughness
not close to Pulsarmania.

a big thumbs down to the ad if its an official one.

Here are my points against it.
1) they are riding on the track and the rider is just wearing a jeans and normal textile jacket.not to speak of those shoes.

2) they have copied the jump and landing from isle of man videos but forgot to watch it carefully. all landings were done on the rear wheel and not the front. the rider in the ad is lucky to have survived without a crash.

3) the rider coming down the straight sitting upright and arms locked;

4) while cornering the rider is sitting straight without moving his body to the inside, thereby taking way too much lean needed for that speed. and the riders foot were all in wrong position on the peg.

5) the slide was not dramatic , locking the rear and making it slide is nowhere close to the apache RTR ad where the rider went into the corner spinning the rear wheel and drifting , (reminds us of certain Gary Mc coy ).

i dont want to be rude or disrespectful but i believe Bajaj should make a clear distinction between track riding and stunting.ghost riders are very good at stunts but track riding requires a very different set of skills and they should be done by a professional racer to bring that authentic feel.

have a look at the ads here and you would understand why bajaj ad is so amateurish.
