Atleast let them pass it on to Kolkatta before passing it to Delhi. Everyone knows Kolkatta has highest density of population in this country. Atleast think through brain before passing something.

Forget even that Apar. What about our Netas plying with 10 Amby's in the front & back, several RE's plying in the front? Call that escort??? So how much of fuel is wasted on the tax we pay? How much of pollution?

If SUV's are causing pollution & congestion, then the best way is to stop producing them & not by levying taxes.

The Government never runs out of ways to impose taxes !!!!!!
Even then they won't be able to contain the chaos whose root cause is population explosion.
