Now thats what i call an innovative idea, should be done nationally! would radically reduce the mortality rates in bike accidents
but, i doubt for how long its gonna work..
even if one petrol station fills without helmet, everyone will run of to that place and thus creating losses for the other stations making them follow suit soon
! Its not exactly compulsory for the stations to impose this is it? the article said everyone is go for the idea. but they can change that :P
