After seeing Autocar/Zigwheels reviews, there's no doubt Impulse is a great value for money, b'cos you get more for the same price of a ordinary boring 150cc bikes in the market.
It has very comfy seating stance making it a great bike for both city roads and occasional off-roading.
The biggest plus of impulse is Honda's proven power plant.

exactly, i wish they could develop their own.preferably with alloy engine frame and a lighter silencer.Originally posted by mid View PostHH is always overpriced because it has to share the profit with honda and also overweighed for its engine because it host old honda technology!!

Nice bike. But i'm not sure how many people will actually use it for off roading. Torque spec could have been increased though.

If they launch a new bike and in case it has some technical glitch, people will say, they must have spent time in developing their tech instead of releasing the product in a hurry.
If they had not launched impulse and just waited until their r&d team developed a new model, people would say HeroMoto is too slow...
In xbhp, people behave as though liking Hero is a sin.
Give Hero 4-5 years time... who knows, their r&d might do wonders and make them the best indian 2 wheeler company.
BTW, i'm not a fan of hero, i just dont like the way people criticize them, its totally baseless. They are just a few months old.
Totally Agree with you ... More than appreciation of launching something interesting and a little different and also opening a different Segment in India(Now they might say Bajaj Already tried that with Enduro) which will give other manufacturers ideas of getting similar kind of products, here they keep criticizing almost each and every product and keep mentioning that they wont buy it(how many will have the capacity to buy every new bike that get launced ? Not me atleast).
Now come on, how many of us have actually ridden a GT650R or a Ninja 650 or atleast a Ninja 250? (hardly a few of us). and how many are going to buy them? Most of us suddenly jump the gun and put our words in black and white without even seeing the product. So guys instead of only negative points please try and figure out a little Positiveness in the new products so that prospective/deserving buyers dont get turned off by any bike (i am not any company's spokesperson, just giving my view)
