God speed Simoncelli! A true modern day gladiator who paid the ultimate price of Road Racing sports. You will be missed.

And unbelievably within the next 5 minutes we see a crash involving Rossi, Colin Edwards and Marco Simoncelli. And half an hour later we get the news that Marco HAS DIED. Unbelievable. May his soul rest in peace.
This irony is too common. Happens a lot.

Last year, Casey Stoner as usual was blabbering on the media that GP Racing is getting too "safe" and it ain't "fun" no more.
There's no PR agency in the world that can shut his "I'll say what I feel" mouth!

Anyways, the irony was that... 1 or 2 weeks later we lost Peter Lenz, and then later, Shoya Tomizawa.

And now Marco... Well, main cause might be Rossi's and Edwards' bikes, but they tried their best to avoid collision... They tried moving out of the way towards right, which if they moved towards left, might have saved Simoncelli. But forget it, now what can be done?

R.I.P Super Sic. Everyone will miss you. including your opponents... God bless him.

Extremely unfortunate incident. I was shocked to see (on LIVE TV) a rider lying motionless on the track 4 mins into the race.
He was way too young to leave the Moto GP grid this way. We will miss a future champion on the grid.

May his soul rest in peace.
