Where can we get this done in Delhi? The site address of Utsav says they are in Paharganj. Do we have any other options?

      Cheers,

Im in favor of this but i hope they are more clear this time around.i.e how and where to get it from.UTSAV was supposed to be the authorized ones but many others claimed the same too.Wonder if ill have to "update" the HSR's on my car!

I just wish India would get on the same page as the rest of the world and discontinue the front number plate. The big bikes have no convenient place to put it, and with most bikes now having the headlight on all the time, the tiny front plate becomes pretty much unreadable (not that it was all that easy to see anyway). It's an unnecessary cost for both the government and the motorist, and serves no real purpose anymore. 90% of the bikes here in Odisha don't even have valid front plates anyway.

              Some quotes from the website
THE UTSAV SAFETY SYSTEMS (P) LTD. as on date is not engaged in the sale of the High Security Registration Plates (HSRP's) which would be subject to the date of introduction of the policy as per Government of India notification and the express authority given by the respective state governments for the manufacture and sale of the same. Any body who might claim that the UTSAV manufactured number plates are the HSRP's would do it without the express or implied authority of UTSAV and for any act of this kind, the UTSAV does not take any responsibility.
And a public notice they issue, which says that they don't manufacture HSRPs so are we left with any other option??

There are two shops in GP road where you get these plates, i am not sure whether its approved by RTO.

One is number plate shop in the middle of GP road & one in the end on of gp road in a sticker shop. They charged around 500 4 months back.

There have been quite a few cases where women were raped inside moving cars and victims were shouting, calling for help from inside the car. Clear windows can help detect such crimes.

Isn't there something called statistics? How many cars are on roads in India and how many cases such as these are reported? And this incident was only reported in Delhi, not in the rest of India.
