          The post is mis read... What I meant is that Japanese are obsessed with "race" oriented machines where races are may be confined to the tracks (and hence the evolution and contribution in the sports and so on..)

          Whereas the Europeans are not CONFINED to this one obsession, the evolution has happened to far diverse themes...

            Probably because Japan is too tiny to tour, so high speed on a track is your best bet. While Europe is large enough to tour etc. While America its more about clubs and gangs, hence the choppers and HDs. Rest of Asia is interested only in commuting. Maybe...
