Italian bikes..... The costliest in the lot of SBK's. Huge power but it comes at a premium. But still, there will be enthusiast's who are ready to put the money on the table for this bike in India.

i think a person who will buy this bike will already have a car in the accord segment or higher, thats what i feel, to own these bikes u have to be an enthusiast with money, now owning a superbike is more exclusive after the dri raids as gone are the days for getting a new bike for 7-9lacs..Originally posted by nicky_cool_dude_2004 View PostComment

Some shots of the showroom while I crossed it yesterday @ 12 in the evening. Had a lot of interested onlookers. On display were the 1098R, the 848 and the monster along with Ducati gear..
Informed the guy next to me that the 1098R costs Rs. 40 lakhs in India and his response was "But an R1 can wallop it in speed..!" no comments to that

The entire range of Ducati bikes is going to cost in between 17 lakhs to 65 lakhs and they plan on selling around a 100 bikes in the first year with showrooms coming up in Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Kolkatta. Also heard that around 15 to 25 bikes were already booked so far.I always have a pillion when i ride. Its my guardian angel.Comment
