TVS Motorcycle Sales in India have gone up by 15% in September 2013. TVS Motorcycle sold 189609 units in September 2013 as compared to 165092 units in the corresponding month last year. An increase in sales for the company after many months of continuous decline.
Mahindra2Wheelers grew by 136% in September 2013 as compared to the corresponding month in 2012. Sales for the company stood at 20890 units in September 2013. Domestic sales were 19716 units.
Yamaha Motor India has registered a growth of 53% in September 2013. Yamaha sold 46790 units in this period as compared to 30638 units sold in the same period of 2012. The company also exported 13241 units. Total Sales stood at 60031 units for September 2013.
The country’s largest two-wheeler maker Hero MotoCorp today reported 15.78 per cent rise in total sales at 4,68,670 units for September 2013 against 4,04,787 units sold in the same month last year.
Suzuki Motorcycle India posted 9.04% rise in its sales at 41,734 units in September 2013, as compared to 38,271 units in September 2012.
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India on Tuesday reported 35% growth in sales at 3,28,965 units for September 2013. The company's total sales stood at 2,43,126 units in the corresponding month last year.
Bajaj Auto sales rise by 3% in September 2013. Bajaj sold 323879 units in September 2013 as compared to 315314 units in September 2012. Exports for Bajaj Auto grew by 10% YOY.
