    I for one love the Street Triple series....remember the Mission Impossible 2 bike chase/fight?
    Got hooked since then.....

    I agree with the Mosquito shaped headlights though....give me the tradional Round ones and I'm off!

    Pricing expectations anyone? around 2LPA? conservative?

              And then on the other Triumph thread I had said, if they come up with 350cc and 500cc and few eyebrows raised and few ridiculed me . And they came, even with few CC less bike

                  1.5 is a bit optimistic. 2.2-2.5 is more realistic keeping in mind that they won't manufacture most parts in India.

                    My realistic thoughts as well.....2+ Lakhs seem more logical.

                    But the optimistic fool in me wishes for a Duke 390 like Price Bomb Surprise!
                    Moreover, no USD forks, traditional Chassis, Swingarm, etc may bring the price lower. The Emphasis being on 'may' :P

                        good news, that soon we will have many options to choose from in the 200-400 CC category.

                        however, i didn't like the design of this bike... even an inch...

                        and going by the lines of honda, kawasaki or KTM, they may have to make it a 300 soon.

                          The taillamp design, the frame, the wheels, the brake disc, the bulky silencer. All these look almost identical to the existing Cbr 250R.

                            Even I was thinking the same. silencer is different, its profile from the back is somewhat similar to cbr 150 but rest of the things you mentioned are similar to cbr brothers....
                            Overall its looking much more handsome than cbr250...
