I Wish that BMW will be kicking very hard on TVS's rear to wake them up and stop milking the old cow called Apache. : D and find a new cow.

Wishing the same. As a (past) TVS customer for nearly a decade, I believe they are still the best in after sales support. These modern machines need that a lot.

IMO Triumph should partner with some Indian company for the service. Otherwise it will be a failure. Now that KTM will be serviced at bajaj and BMW at TVs. The new brands need to find some local support for long term good.

              Probably Mahindra or something

Looks like kawasaki's ninja 300 has awakened the others too. Good to see them entering this segment.

Great, Triumph really is working on a 300cc bike. Can't wait for more info on this.
Seeing alot of upcoming bikes from different manfacturers.. but only Yamaha is sleeping, they're just happy with their R15. What exactly are they doing ?

1st things 1st, Good to see that Triumph already has a prototype!

Design-wise I like this better than KTm's nakeds.....this should appeal to a wider audience, ergos look more practical too. For styling, yes the headlamps look too big but definitely not ugly or awkward! The tank and its cowl are there to add bulk....if we can accept bikes like the ZMR this is a beauty queen :P
Oh and I just love the way the forn blinkers are placed!

The rear is tad disappointing, especially taillamp. Hope they change it and put a modern LED cluster..

At the first glance almost anyone could mistaken the bike for the Street Triple, Job nicely done by Triumph

I think Kawasaki should really bring in their naked bikes...the 250/300cc ones atleast.

btw.. Europeans are way more aggressive towards India than the old japs..
Most Europeans are just entering the market, while most Japs have been here for quite a long time. This would explain their different approaches.
