Front tire replaced once due to uneven bulge at one side...Originally posted by dannyR15 View PostContinental tyres are pretty damn good I don't see why you have a gripe with them?

Tires start to loose grip within 10k kms of riding.
These are the two reasons.HH Dawn - TVS Star City - Yamaha Gladiator - TVS RTR 180 - Honda CBR 250R - Yamaha R3

Im running my RTR160 on stock shrichakra tyres, clocked 30k kms, rode on hills, plains, curvy everwhere but didnt found any grip issues yet. The tyres still looks like new ones,in my opinion tyre life & grip more or less depends upon the riding habits.
No doubt ceat and mrf produce better products than tvs but they lacks far behind in putting life in tyres.

Re: TVS launches 4 new motorcycle tyres: xBhp News
bro, you have clocked 30,000 kms and the tyres still look like new, means they do not wear fast, that means - it is not soft or medium compound, but they are hard compond tyres. hard compound tyres give longer life and less grip specially in wet conditions. the reason you dont have issues with grip is because may be you dont ride aggresively.Originally posted by ranju567 View PostIm running my RTR160 on stock shrichakra tyres, clocked 30k kms, rode on hills, plains, curvy everwhere but didnt found any grip issues yet.
