Please tell Yamaha to get this Sexy piece of technology to India.
That instrument panel is just awesome
I wish R15 had similar looks

Re: 2014 Yamaha YZF R125 Launched: xBhp News

Brilliant designing. Engine specifications sounds good, but looking at the fairing, upside down fork, this machine cost more or equal to Yamaha R15.
In this machine just delete the 125cc and insert a parallel twin cylinder 250cc/300cc, that would be hottest selling bike in this category, just change the tail piece alone. This tail piece is good for 125cc but not for 250cc.
Verdict: Yamaha R125 looks hotter than Yamaha R25 ( personal opinion).
Way to go Yamaha, please consider Indian market. By the way India is the second largest two wheeler market in the world.
I wish Yamaha to line-up atleast 15 bikes and 5 scooters in the Indian market

If bajaj will start learning from YAMAHA there will be no Pulsar 180,200,220, KTM 200, KTM 390 and only bike till 150 cc no offence.
Its hard to me to understand why yamaha is not launching any big (i mean only 250-40occ) bike in india even suzuki have launched 300cc bike

if yamaha r15 is good enough for bajaj 220 and even 200
i have personally tested the 200ns and its handling and flickabilty and weight to power ratio is still no where near r15
the day they launch a 250 will be the dooms day for bajaj

Avenger and r15 comparison. .? You are trying to compare a sportsbike with a cruiser, I guess you'll bash a 500cc+ bullet too.
And r15 with 200ns. .? Pls use Google, r15 weighs only 9kgs less but has 6.7BHP DIFFERENCE too. And that my friend, is more than enough power for which guys spend 50k + on tuning.
Flickability, yes r15 is more flickable than 200ns, because it has lower height and shorter handle. And that's enough for low experienced or short height guy's, but for 200ns you need extra skills to knee down.
I will like to ask you the 0-60 and 0-100 of r15 and 200ns.you can use Google.
You want a 250 cc from yamaha below 1.50lakhs, I guess you never actually rode a bike and guessing things by looking pics over internet.
And I'll be happy to see doomsday of bajaj,.

The design is way too hot for a 125cc engine. I don't see why learners will choose Duke125 over this bike.
Wished it could go as fast as it looks.

Tell that to suzuki instead. They are the one in need.

Looking forward to see the 250cc machine in same chassis and styling.... looks wise it is great upgrade
Yamaha has to go for R25, this is not a upgrade for the people who want the their V2.0 styling with more powerful machine .
