    Royal Enfield Gets a new Makeover

    Royal Enfield "Brand" gets a makeover.
    - new Logo
    - new Monogram
    - new Crest
    - new product logos
    - new brand colours
    - new stripes
    Note: The monogram loses the prominent 'E' in 'RE'.

      They should have rather spent the effort in improving the build quality of the bike. And IMO the new logos are an eyesore. Old were gold !!

        I think so too. It would look better to me if they hadn't linked a few letters together, like the R and O. But then had they not done this, it would look pretty much like the old logo...
        Learn from the mistakes of others. You won't live long enough to make all of them yourself.

          RE is behaving like govt schemes, where important money is wasted on unuseful matters, instead of coming up with new monograms they should have strengthened there ASC and product quality.

              The RE is going into a inward spiral and the circle gets tighter each time they do a turn and we all know where it leads to if perpetuated indefinitely.

              This they are calling an image makeover, how ridiculous can one get and on top of it they have goofed up too which means surely some B-school monkey is at work.

                wth! and i just now opened their website and guess what!! the Electra (carb version) is missing from their line up ?!!
                has it been discontinued ?

                  What difference it will make, RE not providing us the carb version of the Electra. We will be getting a better machine (Efi). The only difference will be of the price of it.

                      Had been to the workshop today for some work and saw two new colours in TB500, one kind of tan gray and another, deep blue. The new RE font doesn't look as bad as I had initially thought.

                        If you check their website, you would find three colors for Thunder bird: Lightning (Greyish), Stone (Black) and Marine (Blue).

                          RE should really consider hiring people who have 3lakh+ on the odometer of their RE rather than just hiring people from some b schools with high scores.

                          The RE passion is there throughout the country but in RE itself. Sad but true.

                            Absolutely true sharrrrad, RE is now just another two wheeler making company not a Royal Enfield making company, Passion vs Degree and sadly in real life Degree wins most of the times.
