In my very subjective opinion, looking at these pictures, I believe that either i'm getting old and 'outdated', which is a possibility, or motorcycles are just getting uglier, which is another possibility.

Apart from the KTMs I find the others rather ugly to be honest. Plus they all look like heavy machines for riding in traffic etc.. The offroad bikes are nice but then not practical as a one only bike. Besides, they are motocross versions, no lights, not registered, not road legal! Why not bring in the road legal enduro versions?

Saying that it must have made for a great day out all the same...

I agree. There was not one bike that I felt I could use to show off as well as for everyday use, say something like our Enfields. They were just too big, too loud and too expensive. I guess that's what you can expect from a "SUPERbike" show

No. It was one of the least advertised events. I came to know of it on the very day it was suppossed to be held and I had my commitments already. More so, the event being 25 km away within the city didn't help much either. So, no pics sadly.

I too had no idea something like this was taking place... Only came to know AFTER a friend on facebook uploaded his pics... I could ask his permission and upload his pics to xbhp but there aren't many and all are cell phone pics so not much point...
