          Woah !!! Priced exactly on par with their rivals FZ V1 and Trigger. Seeing such aggressive pricing from Suzuki for the first time. BTW the Gixxer looks way better than its rivals and dat exhaust make it even more sexy. Hope it more functional than mere looks

            Competitive pricing from Suzuki. The 150cc segment is the new arena for manufactureres. More the options, better the scenario for the consumers!

                Yes but I think FZ V2.0 has FI and a fatter tyre on its side.

                    FZ v2.0 has only FI to it's advantage! The Gixxer runs the same 140/16 profile MRF Zapper Y rear tyres as the FZ v2.0.

                    The bikes have reached a lot of dealers already and real pics are all over a facebook group.

                    Insider new is that ARAI has tested the bike and the mileage figure is 64.15 kmpl (unannounced, so it can only be taken with a pinch of salt).

                    If this is true, we can expect anything between 55 to 60 kmpl on road which makes it a winner in it's class.

                    Well the taxes in the state of Karnataka is another story! 88 or 89k on road for me to get one of this

                      ARAI Mileage of GS150R is 62 kmpl & I got 52+ kmpl avg so far.
                      Given lower kerb-weight, GiXXeR's 64.15 kmpl is a plausible figure. One should at least get 80% of ARAI figure, i.e. 51 kmpl.

                          Initial feedback is good. The main problem with Suzuki is network(specially in Kolkata - don't have any idea about other cities). They have to work harder in the ASC department.

                            This network is issue same in delhi also secondly the careless attitude of the showroom guys ruins the atmosphere, couple of days ago i went to nearby suzuki showroom to inquire about gixxer and i found a white gixxer standing there, but no one even bothered to tell anything about the bike,the bike to me looks ok front headlight should have got a small windscreen kind of thing(like the one in Fz) without it front looks terrribly out of the sync, plus the pillion seat according to my liking was quite high and will definitely prove to be difficult for ladies or for short guys to hop on.
