      I guess it maynot be so much. He a new rider and maynot be knowing to calculate mileage. I will update it soon.

        Exactly my thoughts too!! No way he is getting 62 kmpl on a brand new machine that hasn't completed its run in period and first service. Even after that, he cannot get that figure. the company quoted mileage is 63.5 kmpl. With sane riding, if he gets 50 in city and 55 in highway, they are good numbers.

          He again told me 62kmpl. I am totally confused. The bike doesnt seem to have power and feel of FZ. The throttle cable got locked automatically. So low quality cable. No ladies foot rest. No Eng/ leg guards. I feel the bike is having less pickup in second gear. I usually use 1st gear if the speed is too low. No engine overheating yet. The fin system provided is more enough to cool the engine. Bike is butter smooth. No noise from chain. The bike has just completed 750kms.

            Don't blame you for that! Over the last month I have seen different people with new Gixxers on the internet saying they are getting 35, 42, 46, 50+ and you quoting 62 kmpl. No idea what to believe.
