I think it was around 2.92 when it was launched.it was a brilliant bike with the best fit and finish found on any bike.it was twin and literally zero vibes.unfortunately Indian market didn't see it and they thought it was way overpriced(to a certain extent it was though)and now the model is discontinuedOriginally posted by nagoo View PostComment

The Haojue Suzuki plant in China also produces the Inazuma GW250 and GW250F (semi-faired) tourers on which the Gixxer 250 is based. According to Toutiao.com, the fully faired sportsbike derives its swing arm and several other components from the Inazuma.
Design is inspired from the bigger GSX-R siblings. The sporty fairing is full of sharp edged panels. It also houses a tall windscreen and rear view mirrors. Clip-on handlebars, fully digital instrument console, huge fuel tank, split seats and thick tyres are the other noteworthy elements.

UPDATE: 2017 Suzuki GSX-R250 final design leaked from Patent Images.
Design patents of the Suzuki GSX-R250 have leaked on the internet revealing each and every detail of the quarter-litre sportsbike which could launch before the end of 2016. This bike which is under development in Japan is expected in the Indian market as well.
The design clearly takes inspiration from bigger GSX-R models and this 250cc version is quite a looker. You get a single headlamp up front with a medium sized windscreen on top. Side fairing gets multiple slits to allow better air flow to cool the engine along with increasing aero performance. The handlebar looks fairly high, hinting that the riding posture could be tourer friendly, just like the Kawasaki Ninja 300 & Yamaha YZF-R3. You have a tubular steel chassis, front telescopic fork, rear monoshock & a LED tail lamp along with split & step-up seats. The single exhaust can is similar to the bigger Gixxer models as well.
