Bajaj made that one bike from the Vikrant steel. The one showed in the teaser, which will be kept in the museum.
The other bikes will be made from normal steel, as per my understanding.

Kudos for Bajaj for thinking out of the box, which is so evident in each of their product be it innovation, TV commecials. No wonder why other Indian companies are playing catching up.

Along with this Motorcycle 'V' , isnt it a great time for Bajaj to launch CS200 atleast ? With Apache 200 and a rumored Yamaha 200 Launching this Auto Expo, Bajaj can surely compete in the Naked 200 CC category with the CS !!

i guess... not one,but many(P.S i maybe wrong). i checked wiki about INS vikrant and here are the details.

Displacement:	15,700 tons standard, 19,500 tons full load
Length:	192 m (629 ft 11 in) waterline, 213.3 m (700 ft) extreme
Beam:	24.4 m (80 ft 1 in) waterline, 39 m (127 ft 11 in) extreme
Draught:	7.3 m (23 ft 11 in)

Is there really a need

? With already having Pulsar 150, AS150, Avenger 150 and then the discover series below them ... why would they feel a need for one more 150 ?

Limited production of 150 cc bike made from scrapped steel of INS Vikrant.. Looks like first bike from bajaj which will last long and may be will dont have 30 varients in next five years

Well done Bajaj. For using Patriotism as another excuse to put out garbage in our market.

Everything that we buy from pin to plane is from reprocessed metal. Nothing new in this.
And INS Vikrant original was British build. So this bike is about as Indian as, well, a Rolls Royce. Yes, it may be registered in India, and used by an Indian, but it was built in the UK.

I don't see how a private company using scrap steel from INS Vikrant to promote their own commercial interests is a tribute in any way or form.
