    HONDA launches CBR 150R 2016 in Indonesia

    The Thai blogs have come alive with a rumor of a facelifted CBR 150R lately. The following photos have been obtained from a testing facility "apparently".
    Codenamed K45G, the new 150R is set to replace the existing 150R(Dual headlamp version) with the model showcased below.

    Not much details of the 150R is known yet. The Speedometer shot indicates that a gear indicator may be on offer this time around. Led headlights and tail lights are also said to be on offer.

      Ok now thats pretty impressive! Seems like it has an R15 stance

      Unfortunately, if this bike launches anywhere at all, it will come to India 2-3 years after

          Yes, the design language seems to be adopted from Yamaha. Honda's bulkiness is missing, the photo may be making it look like that, but I'm surely missing usual Honda's touch.

            Copy paste of R15 v2. Now that Yamaha came up with R15s because the v2 was not so comfortable for pillion. Now Honda going in that way 😂

              Looks like Honda have lost it. Rear looks similar to R15 v2.
              Anyway, we wont see this in India as Honda India is busy sleeping

                  This is actually the current 150R sold in the Thai market. They are replacing this model with the one in this article it seems.

                  Have you seen the old generation 150R? The bug-eyed one? It was as narrow as a Splendor. Zigwheels had an old article when they managed to get one of the imported models of this bike when the R15 v1 was launched in 2008. Some national level racer whom I cannot recall took both the bikes around the Kari racetrack.

                    i don't expect this to come to Indian shore any time soon.
                    HMSI are happy with the scooter sales and as i always post,the only wheels that i am looking forward to from them are ACTIVA 4G....

                        Seems it's the time to get inspired by the competitors. Honda has got inspiration from R15V2.0 for new CBR 150R. Yamaha has returned the favor by getting inspiration for Cygnus Ray-ZR from Honda Dio!

                          Finally the launch took place in Indonesia. The 2016 CBR 150R Fi
                          Notice that the styling cues are inline with the 500 series and the recently upgraded NC750X aswell as the unveiled 250/350RR concept. All hinting towards what the design language could be of the 2017 Fireblade.

                          Mods are free to change the title to "Launched: Facelifted CBR 150R in Indonesia"
