      PS: I am waiting for KTM to respond to this BMW 'threat' ... they have for too long teased us with no news on the 200/390 ADV variant. Looking forward to 2017 !!!

        This one is different(looks rendered) from the one posted earlier (looks modded)

        Motard to me is quite close to a naked platform. So from BMW point of view a true blue adventure on the cc is what we are expecting

                    Closely check the Pics , all most , i mean almost most of the components are same as G310R. i have even have a doubt on Front suspension must be same too.
                    silencer is just ugly.

                    it means Good and BAD ....

                    BAD is, it might turn out G310R with Body kit like Adventure + more ground clearance.
                    GOOD part is cost , will be very slightly pricier than Naked and not much and lot of cheap parts to replace.

                    I am feeling that Even Akula 310 is not TVS product but is of BMW same as Naked and Adventure, So it will completes the 310 Engine variants for BMW as they promised.

                    Still this G310GS is perfect for Tour/commute , welcome move

                            No, on the contrary the hero's and the bajaj's have the best commuters for India. This is more for touring/enjoying on a well equipped expensive bike.

                              Hehe. Actually My usage is 80% commuting and 20% Touring. CBR is doing its Job fine, but I was looking for a naked bike for better Bad/no road experience, I face most of the times. I believe, this would help. Definitely not an Upgrade over CBR, just a practical change.
