This is like the Suzuki's version of the FZ25 ? The design has some similarities with the RTR200 I think.

The quarter liter segment is getting competitive!

If they make a reliable, fun and nimble mahine like the Gixxer155, the 250 too will carve a niche for itself, though I must say they are really late to the party!

Late indeed. But I hope they make up for it by offering all the things the FZ missed. Things like a 6 speed gearbox, a good console, better power and torque figures, liquid cooling etc.

Its just a rumor, Suzuki has never spoken about a Gixxer 250.

That is still not a confirmation.

Too many rumours, from what I got to know, since I have affiliation with Suzuki is a gixxer 250, 4 valve, oil cooled, frame based on the existing gixxer but mated with a 6 speed gearbox, it will be 30-40k cheaper than the current gen cbr 250 r on the market n will make around 26-28bhp. I don't see a twin making it, as costing wise it doesn't make sense financially. It would probably release this year end(unlikely) or next year.

Could you ask your source about the Gixxer 155 series update; if any.
I'm concerned about the SF specifically.
                          Thanks.

I've heard a new gixxer 155 will come out mostly with the same engine spec but with updated styling, cosmetics upgrades.

And will that likely include the SF as well?
