Hey guys refer to previous posts regarding this. This news was posted on xbhp earlier also but i think the month was not mentioned. With CNBC confirming this news of suzuki's arrival things might get really hot next winter
I hope that the petrol prices come down to normal level and stay there orelse I don't see any powerful bikes coming to India which already a market dominated by economy/price conscious segment.

I saw the News in The Hindu, on 4/10/2004.
I personally dont think they will launch the suzuki GSX250 so soon....the starter would be some
150-200cc 4-stroke bike to compete with unicorn.PeaceComment

they did show some 125 cc or 150 cc bike in Auto expo didnt they?
anyhow I dont find a reasn why they wudnt bring ckd or cbu in India for big bikes.
but in anycase one good thing is the ready availability of parts or promotion of moto sports events. Who knows if one of the metros might offer a GP track as well like Hyderabad offered an F1 track...!!!::< : >::

Hey all, again I saw the Suzuki ad in "The Hindu" 26/10/2004.
This time they had shown a GSX-R 150CC bike with complete fairing.
Though they had not mentioned if that is the bike they are going to release.
Hope a full fairing bike is launched soon...never mind even if it 150- 200cc.

they'll launch two vehicles a scooter and a bike... seeing the honda entry into the market the bike might as well be a 150cc
But both are still a good 10-11 months away!!Comment

-i personally think that suzuki wont come out with a 125cc. see,bajaj has done the ultimate thing by launchin the 125cc discover at such a low price. it will be very hard for suzuki to match the discover's specs and pricing. therefore i think they will launch a 150cc bike. but again pulsar dominates the 150cc segment too... suzuki must be very tensed on which model to come out with..
-their 2nd or 3rd model can be the gsx250 which pumps out a superb 40bhp! or even the 400 version which pumps out 53 bhp.. but that wont happen b4 end 2005..no way
-so to play safe they will most probably come out with a 150cc one.. my personal thinking..Comment
