This is really interesting, they've given it the look of H2 twins.
What would be the expected price in India?

Yeah so true...we currently have N300 selling between 4.40 and 4.70 across India. So, a bike with a 100 CC and 7 PS more power will definitely be in that price range.

          ATGATT !!!

The real question everyone wants an answer to is: will this bike come to India?

N300 in India is without ABS and still costs 3.6 Ex Showroom , which is exactly 2 lacks less then N650 , N400 Pricing will be key to its success in India . Addition of ABS + 100CC means expected Ex showroom price should be around 4.5 which will make many customers wonder if it could be better to add over a lack more and go for a N650 instead .

I am still confused between R3 and N-300/400 , if price of N400 comes with a marginal rise like of 50k over N300 then it could be ideal and also what will be pricing of R3 2018 and weather it will come with ABS .

if N400 is priced above 4.5 and R3 comes with out ABS then i am seriously considering N650 instead .

Considering the current ex.showroom price for Ninja300 at 3.6L(already felt this as high wrt R3 at 3.3L), I hope 4L as ex.showroom for Ninja400 will be fine. Further increasing it will leads close to 650's territory. Heard clearance offer were given for Ninja300 recently. Is this some sort of indication?

Interesting that it looks more like the H2 than the 650

Yes , Goa Kawa showroom which opened on 18 of this month from the word go were offering N300 @ 4.05 on road price , same was also offered at Mumbai showroom , clear signs that N300 stocks are being cleared now at haste , Kawa also did not launch N300 in their 2018 line up which clearly was a sign that N300 will be phased out .

anyone looking for N300 at discounted price now is the time but then with N400 with ABS coming in 2018 not many will like to buy a outgoing bike which was first launched in 2012 and has gone though only sticker and minor mechanical updates .

Damn, that looks s*** as f*** awesome.. also a 400cc fully faired bike weighing just 167kg with fuel is simply superb. This makes the KTM twins over weight.

It looks like a 600cc bike[emoji8] especially the black one.

I felt that for a sportsbike, Ninja 300 had enough torque in the low and mid rpm. So, not quite much of a need to torque it up further.
Maybe the Ninja 400 has a hidden limiter for Euro A2 license compliance? I'm saying because its under 47 bhp.

If so, then I hope to get a full blown version in India, because the common public will compare it with RC390.. Now that Kawasaki is on its own (mostly), they have to look at the market before they launch anything.

But its heavy, really heavy for the old 650R looks. Considering the 400R was a sleeved down 650 ....................
Nov 6 is the date for 400.
Edit : official Video out now.

250 for Indonesia, and 400 for rest of the world. Both same looks. I dont know what will the 300 do, mostly production is stopped
400 features LED headlamps and tail lamps, assist and slipper clutch, all new 399cc engine, 44.5BHP and 38NM torque, ABS, same meter as new N650/N1000, all new trellis frame, 168kgs weight.
Thanks for the info bro. Nov 6 is not too far.
Yes, its an all new engine as shown here:- youtube.com/watch?v=iVpQpDX8IxM

I think 300 will be phased out.
