    2005 CBR600RR , new Bimota DB5

    ah well , Bimota's back in business albeit in poor form than before .

    The new DB5 is Ducati engine based ( 1000SS )

    Honda meanwhile has revised the CBR600RR making it few kg lightter ( a few kgs extra weight compared to rivals weight was major issue for very touchy magazine crew ) . New colours ofcourse are agiven but it also gains radial calipers and some new bits we can;t see immediately ( new fairing , new instrument cluster )

                    I guess Honda's CBR600RR has got the best looks in production models from Honda arsenal.
                    But Bimota is italian and it looks italian from every sense. Cant match Honda though in technology.

                          The CBR 600 RR has taken another step forward.
                          Honda have realized that real potential lies in the middle weight segment
                          the half litre category is booming with new models everywhere.
                          zx6 r from kawasaki is on the way as well in 2005.
                          Good news.
