the change back to 35watt headlamp setup seems to be confuzing from bajaj's side.. but still.. you can't say that its not value for money!

the tech specs link on the site for the new streetfighter look redirects to the specs of the faired version of the bike.. which shows a 55w headlight setup!

            any ideas?

              Hmmm.. More is definitely less

              I was expecting a 55 watt on the P220-S..

Apart from The Avenger, Pulsar 220-F is there any other "Made in India" bike which has a 55 watt headlight..?? Please enrich my knowledge

Just below the F version- there's a line that says :

"Twin pilot headlamp 35/35W for "street fighter' variant".
IMO, even the 35W headlamps(as seen on the p200,p180) are still a lot better than most other bikes

                    • It is Just a matter of 80 or 100rs to get rid of 35w & put a new 55/60W bulb.. & I am very sure that P220 can generate enough power in Alternator to keep 55/60w Bulb going.

                      • The p150, p180 & p220-s seems very similar visually. Do you think it will require much work to make a p150 or p180 to look exactly like a p220s?
Or maybe some are already doing to their 150 to make it look like 180.

                          • kawasaki-bajaj eliminator was the first bike with 55/60 headlight.now we have problem in night driving due lower wattage power of head light while heavy vehicles with heavy headlights coming from opposite direction therefore now we need good head lights at least 55/60 watts.
